​As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, Yan Community Hub has launched a special community outreach initiative to spread festive warmth. A little more care, a little more love — and there will be a little more warmth and connection among us. We sincerely thank the generous donors who contributed blessing bags, which we delivered on their behalf to elderly residents in care homes and people experiencing homelessness — passing on warmth and care, so that they can feel the community's support and blessings during this joyful season.
